The Vitality App
After extensive research, we identified a consistent issue faced by gym enthusiasts: the difficulty in managing and tracking health progress due to limited knowledge about their own bodies. In response, we developed the Vitality App, a personalized fitness tool enabling users to monitor their overall physical health.

From our interviews, we discovered:
-Users often lose motivation or feel overwhelmed by health and fitness apps.
-Difficulties in sourcing accurate nutrition data.
-Discouragement when fitness goals are unmet.
-A strong desire for app recommendations to enhance health.
-A preference for using the iPhone Health app for tracking steps and physical activities.
Phase Six: Conclusion + Future Opportunities
The community aspect of the app has potential for expansion, including:
Personalized user post management and individual following within communities.
Additional user testing for the second prototype iteration.
Aiming for an increased survey response rate.
Seeking detailed feedback during user testing.
Revising the user flow to emphasize the app's main goal by positioning health/fitness insights as a primary tab.
